1. ACCEPTANCE

The following legal terms of service govern your use of the information and services made available to you. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use this service.

2. FINANCIAL TERMS

2.1 Fees are payable in advance of the service. Where payment has not been received by Shaun Zachary Consulting LLC in advance, we are not obliged to provide the service. No refunds or credits will be rendered at any given time please be advised accordingly.

2.2 The Fee for Shaun Zachary Consulting LLC services are currently 35$ for an email response to your specific situation, 125$ per 30 minute skype consultation and 200$ per hour. In the event you opt to end the call earlier than the time you paid for, there will be no credits or refunds.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

Shaun Zachary Consulting LLC shall observe confidentiality when providing services to you. All conversations, information and data received from or about you shall be treated in absolute confidence unless subpoenaed by the Court of Law.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

Shaun Zachary Consulting LLC will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes. However, you are responsible for the cause of all change in your life, and you accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action.

5. SCHEDULING

Payment must be received before your consultation date and time is confirmed. Shaun Zachary Consulting LLC will send you an invoice via PayPal to accept payment and lock in your date and time. Please make sure you are on time for your consultation, late minutes will not be made up.
